Linda is a Registered Clinical Counsellor with the BC Association of Clinical Counsellors and an Associate member of the Canadian Association for Couple and Family Therapy. She holds a Master of Arts in Marriage and Family Therapy and has completed additional training in Emotionally Focused Individual Therapy, Complex Trauma Resources, and the Neufeld Institute’s Making Sense of Kids course.
Linda brings a warm, empathetic presence and strives to build a genuine connection with each client. With deep respect for your lived experience, she listens closely, draws out your strengths, and walks alongside you with hope and compassion.
Clinically, Linda’s approach is person-centered, systemic, and attachment-based. She primarily draws from Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), Narrative Therapy, and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy. Linda works with Individuals (Adults & Adolescents), Couples, and Families on a wide range of concerns including relationship and marital challenges, parenting, depression, anxiety, family of origin issues, ADHD and grief.
