Community in Connection – Partnering for Mental Health

Over the past year many people have come into our office at Pacific Coast Counselling with various struggles such as anxiety, depression, family conflict, marital issues or stress and we always end up focusing back on their connections. Connection to themselves and others in their world. Creating better connection is at the heart of the matter of mental and emotional health and what we do at Pacific Coast Counselling. One of the significant ways that we can help people improve their connection with themselves and in their most important relationships is make mental health counselling services more accessible to those in our community.

The need in the Langley and Fraser Valley area for mental and emotional health support is greater than ever and continues to increase. Earlier this year we built a new office in North Langley to be able to provide more counselling services to those needing this support and serve our community better.

How You Can Help

Our goal is to raise $30,000 to serve 200 new families in 2023 and continue the important work of providing a place for healing, growth, change, and connection through our subsidy counselling program to those families in Langley and the Fraser Valley area where financial means is a barrier to accessing this type of support they need.Would you consider partnering with Pacific Coast Counselling this Christmas season to strengthen connection for those families in our community who need it the most?

Every donation received this Christmas season will go directly towards continuing our vital subsidy counselling program in 2023 to provide the highest quality of counselling services to families, couples, individuals, and youth in Langley and the Fraser Valley area.

Thank you for being part of this journey with us.

Virtual Silent Auction

This year we’re holding a virtual silent auction in partnership with local businesses to raise funds for our subsidy counselling program to make these vital services more accessible to families in our community.

This year’s virtual silent auction has concluded.

Thank you to those who participated in our virtual silent auction and supported mental health services in our community!
